This class will guide you through the creation of traditional and modern tuna-based sushi—highlighting the craft behind every slice, roll, and bite.
The Menu:
• Tekka Maki – Lean tuna roll
• Negi Toro – Fatty tuna with scallion
• Spicy Tuna Roll – With a signature kick
• Bluefin Nigiri – The crown jewel
The class ends on a sweet note with our signature Lychee Sorbet and a beverage pairing of your choice: Lychee Martini, Beer, Wine, or Mocktail.
Guests will be seated in our Shadow suite for this intimate, communal experience.
