Join the incredibly talented Salvador Arredondo, Executive Sushi Chef at RED and Jacknife, for this hands-on class where you’ll learn the skills to create perfect sushi rolls and discover the magic behind the ingredients.

By the end of the class, you’ll indulge in your handcrafted sushi and finish on a sweet note with our signature sorbet.
