Be a part of history with RED’s very first sushi-making class! Join the incredibly talented Salvador Arredondo, Executive Sushi Chef at RED and Jacknife, for this hands-on class where you’ll learn the skills to create perfect sushi rolls, nigiri, and even discover the magic behind the ingredients.
By the end of the class, you’ll indulge in your handcrafted sushi and finish on a sweet note with our signature Lychee Sorbet.
The Menu: Spicy Tuna roll, Salmon & Avocado roll, Hamachi Nigiri, Vegan Hand Roll, Lychee Sorbet, and a beverage Pairing – Lychee Martini, Beer, Wine, or Mocktail.
Guests will be seated in our Vermillion Room. This is a communal experience. The class will run for two hours.
