Join the incredibly talented Executive Sushi Chef, Salvador Arredondo, for this hands-on class where you’ll learn the skills to create perfect sushi rolls and discover the magic behind the ingredients.
By the end of the class, you’ll indulge in your handcrafted sushi and finish on a sweet note with our signature Lychee Sorbet.
Guests will be seated in our Vermillion Room. This is a communal experience. The class will run for two hours.
