For one night only, Bluefin takes the spotlight. Our chefs present an eight-course journey that celebrates the beauty of a single ingredient—tuna—in every form and texture.
From chu-toro sushi and negi toro hand roll to crispy shiso, tuna spoons, and the rich pairing of toro, uni & ossetra, each course reveals a new side of this extraordinary fish.
