Parking at RED
Metered street parking is available in downtown Madison. Our nearest parking garage is the Overture Center Parking Lot, located directly behind the RED at 300 W. Mifflin St. A variety of other parking ramps are located around the vicinity. We recommend coming prepared with change.
RED does not enforce a dress code. Please come dressed as you are!
Allergens & Dietary Accomodations
A guests safe and enjoyable dining experience is our number one priority. RED accommodates allergens and dietary restrictions as long as the integrity of a dish is not compromised. Each server is trained to address allergens and restrictions at the beginning of service, however, do not be shy. Please let your server know immediately if you have any severe allergies. Due to the care and caution our chefs take in preparing a clean space for allergens, some dishes may take extra time to prepare.
Happy hour is from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the cocktail bar only. Special is $2 off rail, wine, and beer.
Gift cards are available for purchase at RED. They may also be purchased over the phone at 608-294-1234. Any gift cards purchased over the phone can be mailed to you or to the person receiving the gift card. Please keep in mind, depending on your location, it can take several days to receive the gift card.
RED has catering options available ranging from large take out orders to full service with staff on hand for a special evening at a location of your choice. Please send your thoughts to firstname.lastname@example.org and include the group size, location, date, and time of your event.

RED is a fast-paced, casual fine-dining restaurant located in downtown Madison. Our cuisine is Asian fusion with a focus on sushi.
All Sushi Chefs at RED are given a handful of responsibilities regarding kitchen protocol, safety, and execution of food. RED strives to present guests with only the highest quality sushi in Madison. Execution, plating, and presentation are key. We are looking for a chef that takes pride in their work, is self-motivated, responds well to critique and direction, and has a passion for hospitality and beautiful, delicious food. The right person will exhibit knowledge of cooking, kitchen practices, and have a strong basis for creating sushi. They will also have the ability to work as a team player and have a flexible schedule. Experience is preferred. Compensation per hour is based on experience.
